DRW Networks scans e-mails and e-mail attachments automatically through a program called "MailScanner". If a "known" virus is found attached to an e-mail, MailScanner will take appropriate action and it will delete the SPAM before it reaches your mailbox. (or it may inform you about the SPAM in the subject of the e-mail or in the e-mail headers).
